For those of you following the show, I'm sure all of you were shocked that Status Quo was voted #1 and JabbaWockeeZ and Kaba Modern had to battle it out for 2nd place. In my opinion, it's total BS! First of all Status Quo is not even on the same level as Jabba and Kaba just based on their performance on that show. Even the judges called them out.
In any event, everyone knows they represented so no matter the outcome, they have established themselves as amazing dancers. I just hope on the finale, they actually let the best team remaining win. Do I really need to say who?
Here's a short clip of Kaba Modern on KTLA's morning show.
Rain and Park Jun Hyung in Speed Racer Wednesday - March 19, 2008 01:55pm
If you watch the teaser trailer for Larry and Andy Wachowski new film "Speed Racer", you're notice two Asian actors. Who are they? It's South Korean pop-star/actor Rain (Jung Ji-Hoon) and Park Jun Hyung who is one of the five members of a popular music group in Korea, G.O.D.
Althought they have small parts in the film, Rain impressed the Wachowski brothers enough to cast him as the lead character in their future film "Ninja Assassin"
For Jun Hyung, this will not be the only American film he will be in. He is also casted as bad boy Yamcha in the new Dragonball movie.
Just want to let everyone know about FM's new single getting some decent airplay on radio stations in LA, Palm Springs, West Palm Beach, and others. Visit their myspace and support by requesting more airplay on these stations.

Kaba Modern and Jabbawockeez on America's Best Dance Crew Friday - February 01, 2008 03:35am
I have to say this is probably one of the better ones. The show premieres on Thursday, February 7 on MTV, but you can still catch the live casting show on repeat. The show takes groups from 4 regions, the East Coast (New York), South (Atlanta), Mid-West, and West Coast (LA). You definitely notice the different styles from the groups in each region. There are two Asian groups from LA, Kaba Modern and Jabbawockeez. In my opinion, these are the two best teams. You have to see their routine. It's sick. You can see them on youtube. Click here for Kaba Modern clip and Jabbawockeez clip.
One thing you might find interesting is that one of the members on Kaba Modern, Mike Song, is the kid you see in this Kollaboration freestyle dance battle video clip that made David Elsewhere famous.
